How to Dispute Your Credit Report

By Email: Customers may file disputes by emailing the Dispute Department at:  creditdispute@cadleco.com.

Suggested information to include with your dispute:

A letter or explanation clearly stating what the error is.  If you are requesting that the information being reported about your account be corrected, state what information you believe is incorrect and what you believe the correct information is.

If you are requesting that reporting of your account be removed, explain why you believe it should be removed.

Evidence that supports your dispute, such as bills, statements, government-issued identification, or anything else you would like us to review that could help us understand your dispute.

A copy of your credit report that includes the specific information that you are disputing.  Please note that this is not required, it is optional, and may help us resolve your dispute.

If you suspect identity theft, include a police report and a Federal Trade Commission Identity Theft Report.

Contact Information.  Include your complete name, address, any other relevant information, and the method that you would like us to contact you.  This may include your home and/or cell phone number, your email address, your mailing address, etc.
